1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your plu77 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. plu77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

You must notify plu77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. All activity conducted through your plu77 account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to our support team in a timely manner.

plu77 support agents will never request your password. Any communication claiming to be from plu77 and requesting your password is fraudulent and should be reported immediately.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

plu77 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and major debit/credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposit transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Deposits are credited to your plu77 account promptly upon confirmed receipt. Processing times vary by payment method: GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically near-instant. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day depending on the issuing institution.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. plu77 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used and to reverse deposits made from unverifiable sources.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Policy

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

plu77 processes GCash withdrawal requests within one to two (1–2) hours under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This timeline applies to fully verified accounts with no outstanding compliance holds. Other withdrawal methods (bank transfer) may take longer depending on the financial institution involved.

5.2 KYC Verification Requirement

Before processing any withdrawal, plu77 is required to verify your identity in accordance with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., SSS ID, UMID, passport, driver's license, PhilSys national ID, or VECO ID). 5.4 Withdrawal to Registered Payment Methods Only

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
